I currently work at Digital Science, where I help research organizations develop strategy through AI, data insights, and technical innovation.

Previously, I spent over ten years at Figshare driving open data initiatives after starting my career with six years in academic publishing. I sometimes write about FAIR data principles, research infrastructure, and treating data as a first-class research object.

A curious traveler and unpretentious food person, when I'm not thinking about metadata, I'm dad-ing, playing beer league hockey, or supporting the Flyers, Phillies, and Arsenal Football Club.
